Departure day
We kindly ask you to dispose of and separate your garbage on the day of departure and to load and start the dishwasher – THANK YOU!

Payment options
- You can pay in cash on site or simply transfer the invoice amount to our bank account one week prior to arrival.
- Please pay the resort tax in cash by 6:00 PM one day before your departure.

If you would like to learn more about Bike Republic Sölden, click right here. And if your bike needs technical support, we strongly recommend Radl Ambulanz in the neighboring village of Längenfeld. From e-MTB to vintage bikes from the basement, all “patients” are warmly welcome.

If the chalet is ready for occupancy earlier, you can also check in earlier. Otherwise you are welcome to leave your car with us - so you can start your day of skiing, biking or hiking right away. Please let us know if you arrive after 8:00 PM.

Make yourself comfortable – just wear our comfy slippers and feel right at home! Since Selda Chalet is equipped with high-quality flooring, we kindly ask you to take this into consideration.
Nighttime Quiet
From 11:00 PM we also have a quiet time (no loud music) – please respect our neighbors!
No Smoking
Our chalet is furnished with high-quality, natural materials – therefore, all interior rooms and spaces are non-smoking areas. The balcony, as well as our garden, offer sufficient space for smokers.
